St. Joachim Parish had a pressing need for additional church restrooms.
The church was built in 1965 and included single-use restrooms that became inadequate in size for the vibrant parish. HABC added a new restroom building to the courtyard side of the existing church structure.

The new addition is clad in brick to match the traditional look of the church and surrounding campus buildings. Upgrades were made to the brides-room to allow for a natural flow between the church and the restrooms. The men's and women's' restrooms include ample amenities for parishioner use. Through careful strategic planning, Hoffman was able to construct the restroom building with limited interruption to St. Joachim’s active church and school community
