HABC design / build summer 2020 renovation project
Remodel of 8 classrooms, Resource Center, Kindergarten Classroom, Administration Offices, Kitchen, and Auditorium. New air conditioning, dual-glazed windows, cabinetry, flooring, painting, light fixtures, acoustical ceilings, and an operable partition wall. New kitchen equipment and new epoxy flooring. Site work included a new playground for Kindergarten & TK children. Improvements included removing the existing tiered play area to provide a single-level play yard, including shade structure, new fencing, drainage, landscaping, and play structure, with rubberized play surface below.
