New construction of a 5,500 square ft. “Open Patio” to serve both the church and school.
This Open Patio features a Southern yellow pine exposed truss system and a tongue and groove ceiling, colored stamped concrete floors throughout, stone veneer columns, and smooth stucco walls. The structure also includes two restrooms, a kitchenette, and office space. This new building has fire sprinklers and a new fire alarm system. Solatubes and an ornate lighting system offer a balanced, well-lit interior, and ceiling fans keep the space cool and comfortable all year round.
