This fast paced, full scale, nine month project was ran at full capacity and a Herculean effort was put forth by our dedicated staff and upwards of 50 tradesman a day. Since the schedule was so accelerated and critical Hoffman staffed two teams of supervision: one for interior scope and one for exterior scope. Major structural upgrades along with two building additions including a new facade and a large commercial kitchen were the key features that will most impact the parishioners. These structural upgrades allowed for operable walls to be installed that subdivide the 10,000 sq ft hall into eight separate break out classrooms, allowing the church’s many ministries more space to thrive. Thanks to the help of seasoned construction manager, Eric Flynn, business manager Patrick Erskine, and Ethos Architecture, we were able to cross the finish line in record speed.
