This fast-paced summer project covered approximately 5 acres of the 7-acre property.
It included nearly 180,000 sq. ft of new asphalt parking lot stabilized with a 5% cement treatment. Before asphalt, all new utility infrastructure was installed d including, underground electric, sewer, domestic water, fire water with hydrant, and new storm drain piping. The project also included all new curbs and v-gutters, landscaping, and hardscaping including nearly 20,000 sq. ft of custom interlocking pavers.

Two new shade structures were installed and all new site lighting. The stormwater is now directed to a massive biofiltration and duplex sump pump system. This incredibly successful project was completed in time to get the students back into class on schedule and left the owners very happy with the finished product.
